Two rounds will be conducted in all, they are as following:-

Round1

• First round would be a 3+1 round, where in each participant would be provided/given a max of 3+1 minutes of time to speak
• one participant has to speak for the notion and the other one against the notion from each team.
• Marks would be deducted if the participant exceeds the time limit.
• There may be cross-questioning from the judges in this round.

Round2

• Short listed participants would proceed to this round.
• The 2nd round will be an Extempore Round
• There may be cross questioning from judges as well as from other participants.
• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Indecent behaviour will not be entertained will lead to disqualification.
